I think Greed can also mean wanting a SP to drop to unrealistic levels, especially when there is no reason for a drop in SP in the first instance.

I have been guilty of failing to see the downside here, turns out Stock investors are an exceptionally fickel bunch.

When people invest in physical metals.. they understand its a long hold more often than not. But shares look like they are treated as highly liquid and so people must buy when they have nothing saved for a rainy day. And when times hit and are tough, they are forced to sell down!
