PE ratio of 5.3 sounds about right with mine life of 5 years. Why do you think it would appreciate without new resources/dividend announcement?
With profit at $0.11 next year, PE ratio would be around 3 assuming current share price. Then, mine life would decrease to 4 years. Maybe it will appreciate then, but there will likely be 900m new shares with the options on the money.
Can't win this without (significant) resource expansion or cost reduction. Hopefully the drilling campaign would double or triple the resource size, then we'll all get our multi baggers.
