Dividends for how long ? A couple of years , this company needs share buy backs and growth. Why issue dividends when you will just have to raise capital again if you want the company to continue, it makes no sense.
Especially give how many shares bcn has on issue it won't be able to capital raise easily in future years.
Management need to bank the money and use it for new projects, not cash it out to investors who will just jump ship after or have to sit watching the company go bust in 5 years once the gold runs out.
