When you've got 23 million sellers all queued up between 3.6 - 4.5c, only 4 million buyers between 3.4 - 3.5c and the average volume most days is around 500,000 it becomes pretty clear that this has gone a bit further than a 'buyers market'
Give it a few more days and the 3.5c will have been eroded away and then guess what? Yeah, it's down to 3.4c
Without any real threat of price appreciation there's absolutely no risk to have millions of shares up for 'sale' under the many no doubt fake sell orders.
This needs some seriously good news out of left field to turn it around before the annual. The annual report of which I have all my faith vested in.

If you are buying more, can you just buy the lot? Please.
