After 1610 each day click on the ‘trades’ tab of your brokerage platform. You will see trades made at 1610 are marked with CSPA. This is a single match out that happens at 1610 between all over lapping buyers and sellers at an algorithm derived price. You place your orders between 1600:01 and 1609:59 and then the auction happens at 1610. It can be a great way to get a good deal if you understand how the algorithm works.
