Philbar, there was no explanation that I saw. It did seem strange but maybe I missed it or perhaps it was a typo. I would think someone will take them to task so an explanation may be forthcoming.
Anyway, I can't see anything better to invest my meagre speculating allowance in so I'll batten down the hatches and hold on for the medium term.
