Actually that is incorrect.

PRRUF is Prima Biomed - if you investigat further you will acknowledge Martin Rodgers as a listed director of PRRUF.

The price also changes (generally in-line) with the ASX.

What will happen is an "upgrade" of PRRUF on the pink sheets onto the NASDAQ, which will then trade under the ticker PMBD.
