"That" newsletter has also played a major part in exposing this stock to the general public and IMO has been the main contributer apart from recent trials an. to the rise from 15 cents.
"That" newsletter has also effectively held up the share price with its 'purchase up to' recommendations.
Imagine where the PRR share price would be now if it didn't have the support of "that" newsletter?
Enough from the 'looking to blame' crowd...
