PRRUF... IS Prima Biomed in the US ... which trades on the penny stocks , OTC sheets and is traded by market makers.

Price reflects ASX prices mostly... but if you have followed PRRUF over time you will notice that the trading volume is exceptionally low

... It does have no effect on the ASX PRR price as it is so low in volume and is not trading on a ' recognised ' platform ' such as the NASDAQ

These tradings on the OTC are generally reserved for really small cap stocks ( hence the name Penny stocks ) , dubious stocks, NAS delisted stocks etc ...as they are cheaper to do .... and there is little requirement for regulatory maintenance and documentation.

When ( and if ) PRR lists as PBMD in the US , it will moving out of the 'Penny stock league ' onto the big time stage of the US Nasdaq.

... and from what we are led to believe the delay in listing of PRR in the US has been caused by the extremely strict regulatory paperwork not being compliant ... and having to have been rectified on several occasions.
