Cheers for the concern mate I really appreciate it, but it's all good i'm all researched up ;].
My Sisters Husband works in the Mining Industry within China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and he keeps me updated. The reason there was a delay earlier was because the Chinese were initially unfamiliar with the technology.
Let me just say.. the Chinese now understand the technology and realize how valuable it is to their economy as-well as environment.
It's estimated that the region within Inner Mongolia where the plant is to be located has 279-280 billion tonnes of "stranded" coal resources. That's more than double the tonnage of recoverable coal in the whole of China recognized by the London-based World Energy Council.
