Record date, whoever holding PLP stocks by end of trading day dated 6th of June are eligible for 1C offer. You will be receiving 3 shares for every 5 shares @ 1C.
Shareholders will be receiving required document starting from 9th of June. Will get all the required information on the document. (Terms and conditions).
The Reason I have mentioned 3rd of June will be safer as 4th and 5th being weekend, and transferring of stocks on to individual name will take couple of days. So if you buy on 6th of June it may be risky , that shares would have not transferred under ur name.
