More buyers than sellers at the moment. 4.4-4.5 seems to be a threshold and resistance line at present.
I'm not a charter on this stock; so this could skate along sideways for a long long time until fundamentals in the market change.
The Election results are probably the biggest threat facing TOE right now. Not so much from a state perspective but rather if the Greens end up controlling the Senate. God help us.
