Hoping someone can give me a quick rundown of current status of RGI

Came across RGI as I like the idea of the technology and think vertical farming is required for the future.
Been reading around but I cannot really understand where the company currently stands.

I understand that it won a patent lawsuit over a canadian company copying its tech but not sure what else is going on.

Searching around suggests RGI was caught up in the hemp pump and dump flavour of the month recently but does not actually have a licence to grow.

Are RGI selling their machines?
Are RGI selling their licenced software?
Are RGI selling anything?

Latest announcements just suggest its raised money through non retail investors.
