I have only been investing for 14 months now. I was lucky enough to see the obvious, in that when the market is down, good companies are still good buys. When I started investing I was what they call "dumb money" (didnt realise it was me at the time) I sold and brought on a whim.
I lost lots.
Then I realised my research was good. I "knew" what was going. I know not to react. I brought QAN at $2.50, (never going out of business) I brought ANZ at $15. I brought CPH at 4c. I brought KTG at 12c. I brought INR at 13.Dumb money is quiet simply those that react to market news like this, not knowing the company data, strategy, pro's and cons etc.. Even not knowing the "competition" is dumb money (in this case, the competition is the muppet "donnelly")
Anyway, the rich get richer because they are smart with information and take advantage of the dumb money. Thats what Ill be doing (have done) again today
