I see the down side in @Gwaihir and upside in @4shadow

@Gwaihir - could they have gain finance in a different way and quicker rather then do a jv. I would rather not do a jv with any jhinese entity as they are controlled by the party. Yes limits the upside.
But for a small miner like INR - the faster it can generate revenue the better - then they can use the fund to buy other smaller miners with potential.

@4shadow - i like it that you have check the board background.
I like the jv cos it shows that another entity had to do their checking and assess its worth the risk to fund this mine.

I just understand that the market does not like delays and needs everything to be produce now rather than 12 months later.
Even 6 months til production is still too much. jhina may start a war and who knows what will happen in 12 months.

I hold a few lithium mining stock and i have notice different degree in volatility.
All the explorers got knocked around
