I will admit I did have some thought that it may get a "not warranted" review.
But knew that it was wishful thinking. Management did say this was the likely outcome back in April discussions.
Technically to correct some on the forum Tiehms isnt listed as endangered yet. The announcement was to whether a review into ESA listing was warranted, not warranted or warranted with something or rather. It was found to be warranted. This will be reviewed and include public comments an my understanding is an actual listing determination is due at end of Sept.
We have offtake and strategic partnering this month. So unless your a day trader the short sighted panic selling might cost you a penny.
Especially if we get an offtake with Samsung or the like before 30th June!
