The huge difference between the bars of the chart is literally the most basic thing about this chart. It's what one notices immediately.
The forecasted lithium deficit bars are way bigger than the surplus bars all together.
I think that you only want to consider the surplus bars, and you label considering the deficit bars as "getting down in the weeds" just to avoid to talk about them.
