Guys you're talking Clayton's defaults. Their debts are just rolled over and they continue to operate as normal. Only ppl affected are those dependent on the support of the Public sector....always attack those that can't defend themselves! The chickens sometimes come home to roost though as demonstrated in Spain last week where the Socialists were thrown out by the electorate.
