In the joint announcement by GCY and FFR from 16 June they said they would be sending out the documents in August, and that the separate scheme and demerger shareholders meetings would be held in September. I can't see any mention of it in the announcement but I seem to recall that they hope to have everything done and dusted in October. I'd rather they not let the timeline slip and an update would be good.

Something else I noticed in the announcement is that both Gascoyne and Firefly agreed to "no talk" obligations so Gascoyne would not have been able to talk to Rivet even if it wanted to.
