I suspect the lower volume is because a lot of traders expect it to down trend from the .20 resistance level. I dont think the ann today will even be enough to break that just yet. I expecting it will take a couple of attempts to break 20c, but once it does we will see better headway. in the mean time, i'm sticking to the .165 - .195 bracket
