re: top value picks 2003!!! These dont fit your criteria but fit mine

undervalued relative to forecast 2 yr earnings
reasonable --> high yield
very consistent in earnings

These arent speccys so for you gamblers gear them up if you want to make some cash.

Im not predicting 50% gains but definate outperfomance relative to the all ords 15%+ minimum (but need long time frame these are unloved)

TABCORP HOLDINGS (gross yid% near 10%)

PACIFICA
BRL HARDY (wine glut wont last forever)

SANTOS (i agree with previous poster.....look for rerating)
