re: zackman pe fair value range 18-25? A fair PE is 12-14, but as stated previously resources don't have the solid backing to make the forcasts reliable/stable and thus why they are normally seen on lower PE Ratios of around 10-12.
Looking forward EPS forcasts are flat to down, a lot of money probably looking to change sectors soon, base metal prices falls and its not going to be the leanest of falls.
