Just Questioning who’s trying to “STEAL” the Project for $2 ?

Don’t you think it’s in their Best interests to see this project go well. To me for what I can read into it, The Company well the Board , Ex-Board seemed to be the ones in the wrong here?

Unless I’m reading it all wrong, They Failed to obviously read the agreement they have entered into and Breached The Agreement, Then have given the heads up to “Someone” to apply for the ground..

You’d think maybe, just maybe the Company just had to give those parties notification of there intentional Surrender of the area, as it seems was required as per the agreement and then THERE WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE.. Correct?
