this company (an asx listed company) simply would be unable to operate like this unless under supervision of the asx , asic or both.
that is why i would assume they are 'working with' Batten now to sort out some of the issues he and Tubby oh and Oonagh have created for this company as he must stay (unable to resign due to him being the sole remaining Director after the other two got their marching orders) as he cant leave the company without a director by choice. i am sure he would rather be somewhere else.
I wonder if Tubby and Oo have hung him out to dry here or whether they are assisting everyone with their enquiries also ?
