As you say may well need some more money soon. Paying out for directors leaving and now taking up tenement options puts further pressure on cash. It would seem that they are anxious to get their 15% renewed and not keen to wait the 12 months (to march 2015) to renew automatically. If SRL do a placement they will be restricted to 15% which is 62.25M shares which would only raise about $12m. They may need to do what RSG has done and raise a note or even do a rights issue (or placement/SPP with SH agreement).- we shall see. Maybe they will be able to make it through without a CR, but it will be tight. Hope LT puts his thinking cap on and gets costs down (should be looking hard at reducing mining and ore movement costs after recent blow outs).
