with 90m in cash and inv, one has an EV of 210 odd at current prices , that is 14 dollars per producing/developed reserve barrrel and zero value for RSC and eveything else
brent is still 100 and given most prod now is from China and Beibu under the old tax regime, cashflow per barrel should be circa 65-70 dollars.
its back to bargain territory imo
