Instead of using dilution, how about just market cap, same result, it has not lost much in value at its current price, compared to when it was at its highs. That is factual.
As to being closer to production, that would only be minuscule. What advances have been made at the Malaysian facility in the last year? Do you have details as to that to arrive at the decision that they are more advanced?
Basket prices , you state the price is higher. What details do you have for that statement.

If you look at the coys own presentation on P14, you will notice demand fell in 2009. This was probably a result of GFC, if there is a GFC2 and the worlds trade continues at a slower pace, then the results on prices will also be affected.

Also on the same page, the basket price is back to 2007 levels, so it may have risen, but only after it had fallen. I have been reading the same details on REEs and the China play for a few years now, yet everyone is now caught up in the HYPE and reacting and regurgitating without a clear picture of this industry, and possibly the ulterior motives of those pushing subscription letters for their own gain.

I do think REEs have a bright future, but some of the posts on different REE stocks sound more like ramping to me, or or posts by those that have not done their homework with sufficient understanding.
