    As of yesterday's close the 1 month VWAP was $1.12. A 30% premium on top of that is $1.45. That is the bare minimum you'd expect with an offer, but the board would shoot that down in flames. 3 month VWAP is $1.46.

    It might need to keep trading below $1 for some time before an offer like that would get traction
