topping up below 99c, page-8

Most other stks recovering off early morning lows yet SPO locked down at 96-97c. I base my calculations on the 2 recent updates provided by management. Surely they know the facts? Would like to see more buying from board members to back up what they are telling shareholders. But does look like its being deliberatly kept down.
