BP is interesting in that we think that as we are refining it here we then must be using it here. That is not the case, as every BP asset acts independently so far as economics of sales go, they will sell to the highest bidder. Caltex's business model of just being an import terminal looks like being the future - particularly if you have spent any time in Asia recently.
