re: vote of confidence by investment advisor Thanks for that ,I recall last time he managed to move the share price.The days trading looked to me like someone sold CST off back to 2.65 then bought all they could get up to $3.00.Maybe a combination but it sure caught the sub $2.80 sellers out big time with todays $3.14 close.My understanding on the Tube test for the military was that the approval was a formality ,short hopefully if theres such a thing in this game.(LOL)
