It is analogical to the door knocking priests who waste their entire life trying to convert people to religion If it were real.
Btw, the point in averaging down is to reduce average purchase price. Kind of a smart idea in some circumstances so that when the next pump/dump comes, sp doesn't need to climb as high to break even. Yes risks associated by what si wouldn't pump/dump this for international launch.
