TOR is set apart for these deals as TOR has confirmation of a lithium deposit at New Dawn, thus a separate toll-treating agreement is required for this project. However, TOR's gold and nickel tenements may fall into a similar earn-in deal on the former.
I suppose it depends if it wishes to explore first the potential of what it has before making an earn-in deal. An earn-in deal on the nickel tenements would seem prudent to avoid any funding requirements for at least the next 12 months.
