The play here is for the buyers of Bald Hill to acquire TOR to increase their resources (they are only 600m away, less than 1km). Might want to read up on the history of Bald Hill to get an understanding of what's going on
Min res could do something interesting, do an equity merger with TOR rather than a cash takeoover !
That would create a lot of value for both companies without raising diluting cash !
