The vendors would likely have been the Strindberg clan, unsure if one of these gentlemen was operating the tantalum prospecting outfit on M15/217 until recently, at least until 2018 when GXY put A40 into administration. The prospector was an Australian war veteran who was getting on in years but remained reluctant to divest the leases, i hope has moved on in good health and age has not forced his hand. Word has it he or the group, declined some considerable 7 or 8 figure offers from both A40 and GXY. The ABEH Pty Ltd mentioned above is also linked to a Strindberg of Upper Swan in Perth as are the tenements registered to the Strindberg’s of Upper Swan in the screengrab below.



Remember GXY were very interested in these leases at a time when SC6 prices were just north of $400/t. As a non-consolidated play without the ability to process through the BH plant I cant help but think the value of this asset is lowered, however the recent news around ownership of the BH facility makes the timing of this acquisition and interesting one, especially for a junior with a $30MC.
I also assume the St John workings are located within M15/1305 and 1308 just to the northwest of new dawn as per the image above, these leases were registered to A40 so I assume that the are now controlled by Liatam.
