Some evidence that Bloomier Resources is surrendering parts of its tenements. Appears there may be a time limit on some of their tenements to be turned into mining tenements.
One of the resolutions passed at today's AGM is the 10% placement facility for the next 12 months. If they can secure a couple of more tenements around the mine then it game on for someone to buy into TOR and come on the books as a strategic partner.
Good opportunity for ALB or SQM to turn the cards on Chris E at MIN Resources. Just saying.
