TOE have already done all that with the first State and Federal governments approvals.
That is as Mrs Guthrie said.
The latter, would be approvals, could be wrapped up in weeks, if they really wanted them to be.
TOE will not even think about going forward, until the uranium price is right.
That's why i keep saying "back to sleep everyone".
