The WA Government can't help new Uranium mines to be viable, it's all about the Uranium price. It will happen, it has to. The current price is below the consensus minimum for new supply to come online. Therefore as mines are exhausted (in the long term) or demand picks up (shorter term), then prices simply have to rise.
I won't put any timeframes on it, but I have believed for a long time and still do, Toro is well placed. Unfortunately it has taken a lot longer than most expected for Japan to restart their reactors. The growth story, as always, is in China.
Keep the faith.
