It still concerns me that two insiders would sell. Whilst I'm not saying that there is immediate bad news coming I do suspect that any substantial good news (eg corporate activity) is some time away.

Sold today at $1.08 after holding since end June 09. Will consider reentry before year end, depending upon there being no substantial selldown or positive news on the zircon project.

Additionally, MDL will not be able to fully participate in the increase in USD gold, due to the hedge, for about 12 months. This will cause many to eliminate MDL as a possible investment for the remainder of the FY.

I still consider MDL as an excellent long term investment. Director selling does however concern me in the short term.
