downside: the ole memory fades over time Watso, but didn't an ex andean director (thomas) whom was also an employee of KCN at the time, and the KCN chairman Kirk-Smith transfer their substantial Andean holdings to KCN? Bet they were wishing they still held, ie not owned by KCN?
