One thing about Toro is the HC downrampers are morons the smaller the stock.

Best minable U3 resource in the country. 4c next week is my call. Very few shares left. All absorbed and no sellers anymore. Oz minerals left. They may even buy back in. This was 5c with similar Nuclear energy noise before OZL sold.
Mgt has already announced they are reviewing and focusing on Wilnuna Uranium. Stock looks ready to rock. Once 3c gets taken out this is at 5c fast.
