TOE didn't beat the 5 year deadline unlike VMY... doubt there will be 2 sets of rules... A short extension may be given but unlikely and dont expect another 5 years if it does,.
26/11/2021,.. The company VMY developing Western Australia's first uranium mine says it has beaten a deadline set by the state government to begin operations.
WA Govt has warned of the deadline and the ban on Uranium is clear Govt just dont want Uranium mining in the state...
