I would think ASIC would easily separate the reporting of facts vs speculation and pump.
I offer facts, ministerial approval clauses & deadlines, State Govt secondary approval requirements, documented WA labour party policy & McGowan formal statements as well as statements to the press.
And I am more than happy to release phone records, and provide statement under oath of my conversation with Greg, if it would come to that. No problems.
You on the other hand are offering wildly, unreasonable pump, with no basis. When the risk to this stock has in fact, increased, not decreased.
I would think ASIC would easily separate the reporting of facts...
