No, not downramping. One cannot be downramping with facts. Facts are all that matters. One cannot downramp, when presenting facts to poor newbies, who might otherwise, be swayed by wild speculation, exagerated targets with no basis in fact, and attempts at glossing over the significant risk that the management of this stock has placed the project in. Just the facts is enough.
