AGM on 28/Jan. The BOD will produce something before that....surely? They want us to vote in favour of them receiving options. I think that now is the time to bombard them with emails re their stance on U.
If you're not happy with the reply, or don't even get a reply, I recommend voting against it. ATM, I can't think of anything that would make me vote in their favour,
