You think McGowan was lying when he made his statements 5yrs ago? You think he will wear egg on his face by going back on his statements...for what? For Toro? No one gives a damn about Toro, no one's even heard of it. Politically, electorally, he has nothing to gain only to lose by allowing bad management from a minnow explorer that no voter has even heard of or cares about, and that most probably wanna see shut down anyway for uranium mining. What a joke!
