WA was a mining state 5 yrs ago, when McGowan got into power and Labour ended all uranium mining in the state. The only reason Toro, Vimy and two others were not stopped, is that before losing the election, the liberals approved the mines for development, PROVIDED they achieved "substantial commencement" works before the 5yr expiry date.

McGowan was crystal clear about this. He's put his credibility on the line with those media statements. But, you keep twisting yourself into knots with speculation, and suppositions. You're in denial.
