Phish, the market is full of uncertainty or everyone will be rich!. That said, you fear the worst, but management does not seem concern with their statement and plans, so let's give them the benefit of the doubt. It would be neglectful for them to release that statement if in their view they will not be granted an extension, and should have done more to meet the deadline for internal compliance?
