If this goes to court, like you want it to...forget about this bull market...you might have to wait till the next one. Court could last 5-10yrs bogged down in beauraucracy and appeals, all the way to the high court, if Toro has the money. And legally, they are in breach of the 5yr Ministerial Approval Agreement. So, I don't know w hgat they can argue, given that Vimy management achieved compliance.
