This is such wishful thinking. You do realise, that announcing yet another "optimisation" study is simply code for, "not interested".
These are all desktop studies, that could easily be done in parallel with secondary approvals applications, and completion of "substantial commencement" works, to get ready for development...IF, management were tryly intetested in uranium and believed in the current bullmarket.
